Cancellation and non arrival policy:
In the event of non-arrival or late cancellation the client may be liable to cancellation charges, based on the following:
 
Less than 24 hours notice - payment in full
 
Between 48 & 24 hours notice - 50% of payment
 
48 hours and beyond - no charge
 
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the client will be notified (via telephone, fax or email). Every effort will be made to ensure notification is given well in advance of the booking dates.

Special Shows with long term pre-booking (i.e. Crufts & Spring Fair etc) - Cancellation and non arrival policy:
Due to the very high demand for these shows we require a 50% deposit or the clients credit card details to secure the booking. In the event of non-arrival or late cancellation the client will be liable to the following charges:
 
Less than 2 weeks notice - amount in full
Between 3 & 4 weeks notice - 50% of total charge
 
5 weeks and beyond - no charge
 
Cancellation will only be accepted from a client by phone, and then confirmed in writing by email or fax, this will then be acknowledge as received by Cedarwood Guest House.
In the event of any unforseen circumstances the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the client will be notified (via phone/mobile and email/fax) and refunded any deposits in full. Every effort will be made to ensure notification is given well in advance of the booking dates.
