Arrival by air - Birmingham Internation Airport
If arriving by taxi there is a taxi rank outside the airport terminals or you can ring A2B taxi's on
0121 733 3000 (cost is appx £8-£10 one way fare). Inform the driver you require Cedarwood Guest House on Lyndon
Road, next to 'Tesco' supermarket on the junction of Lyndon Road nad the Conventry Road A45.
Alternatively you can take the 900/58 bus for Birmingham which operates from outside the terminal
and runs every 20 to 30 minutes (cost is £1.80 pp each way).
Bus drop off point is where the Coventry Road meets Lyndon Road (outside Tesco) and Cedarwood Guest House is only a minutes walk down Lyndon Road.
Arrival by rail - Birmingham International Railway Station
Directions as above, the Railway Station is located at Birmingham International Airport.
Arrival by road
From Birmingham Lyndon Road is located just off the A45 Coventry Road. Take the A45 heading towards Conventry
untill you hit a district called Sheldon, after the new Aldi store (on your right hand side) take the right
hand lane and move into a cut-out in the central reservation, with 'Tesco' supermarket on your right, at the lights turn
right on to Lyndon Road and Cedarwood Guest House is the first property on the right after 'Tesco' entrance.
From Coventry take the A45 towards Birmingham which will take you past the National Exhibition Centre (NEC).
When you reach a district known as Sheldon you will approach a large traffic light junction, Lyndon
Road is the next right at the next set of traffic lights, you will see a 'Tesco' supermarket on the corner.
Cedarwood Guest House is the first property on the right after 'Tesco' entrance.
Travelling by motorway you must leave the M42 at Junction 6, signposted Birmingham Airport
and take the A45 towards Birmingham not Coventry.
